Machinery  

The Multistripper

Is one of the latest inclusions in the range of floor preparation equipment, owned and operated by Multiblast.  This little 1.5 tonne of grunt operates on LPG and fits through a standard doorway, making it ideal for internal or external projects.  This little gem makes easy work of any large tiles, vinyl, asbestos vinyl tiles and carpet tile removal jobs as well as the removal of membranes and thick rubber coatings. This means that many manual man hours are saved and you are getting on to the next stage of your project faster. 

Captive Shot Blasting

Multiblast's SCB1200 is another of the latest inclusions in our range of floor preparation equipment owned and operated by Multiblast.  This is the only mid sized ride on machine of its kind on the market and is the first in Australia.  With its state of the art blast wheel technology, this machine eliminates tracking throughout the floor due to the feather edge blast wheel design which allows blasting for roll coats and the like.  Using the latest technology in EPA approved liquid cooled diesel engine and catalytic converter it is far below any minimal emissions standards. We also have a conventional three phase walk behind 13 inch Goff.  This machine can do jobs from 20sqm up to 2000sqm with ease giving us a range of shot blasting equipment for any project. 

Floor Scarifying

Multiblast has a large range of floor scarifying equipment from small petrol driven tungsten tipped tooth machines for smaller projects; three phase tungsten tipped tooth scarifier for large  projects, plus the SCB1200 shotblaster which converts into a scarifying machine catering for small to extremely large projects.

Whether from the removal of membranes or the scarifying  of existing concrete slabs to accept toppings and the like, Multiblast has a machine for all your scarifying needs.

Wet Sand Blasting

Multiblast has been involved in many large projects involving the wet sandblasting of cementitious surfaces. Multiblast uses a range of media sizes to ensure that the surface profile required is achieved by our experienced blast hands. Our blasting is fully mobile and ready to go anywhere for any job.

Diamond Grinding

Multiblast has one of the largest fleets of diamond grinding equipment in Queensland having a range of HTC planetary grinders and a full range of the latest in the King Concept dual drive planetary grinders. These grinding machines are equipped for the removal of thick membranes and coatings, to remove glue and coatings or to level and open the substrate for the acceptance of new coatings, toppings or tiles.  In all, Multiblast owns 8 diamond grinders capable of achieving any requirements that a client may request.
